TIP ON SIZING: Feel free to decrease the cast-on by mulitlples of 8 stitches if you want a snugger fit for the hat. For my personal sample I went down by 8 stitches (for my little head) and I like the outcome.

26 stitches and 30 rounds = 4” in charted pattern on main fabric needle

NEEDLES
Main Fabric Needle: One 16” circular and one set of double-pointed needles (DPNs) in size needed to obtain gauge
Suggested size: US 3 (3.25 mm)
Brim Needle: One 16” circular one size smaller than main fabric needle
Suggested size: US 2 (2.75 mm)
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge
